The SculptNation 30-Day Challenge 2021 (“Challenge”) is a self-improvement Challenge combining the use of a SculptNation product, V Shred workouts, a body transformation , 1-4 video testimonials per contestant, photos and videos of contestants before, during and after their transformation. The Challenge will be conducted in the United States and will be open only to residents of this country, it’s territories, and possessions. Must be 18 years or older to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:

Contest beings: August 17th and runs for the next 30 days
Buy or have recently purchased BURN by SculptNation.
Opt into SMS text messages +1 (702) 903-7575 & private Facebook groups. This is where all contest communications will be.
Applicants must participate in the contest and submit all requested media to be considered during selection of winners. Images and videos will be used for the before and after comparison when we judge the best transformations at the end of this 30-day challenge to select the winners and on our website and ads to be used as we see fit. The pictures need to be a clear and honest representation of the entrant. They should show entrants upper body, from the knees up. It is very important that for the front, side, and back poses your arms are down at your sides and the photos are taken in a well lit area. Do not crop out your face. Media included in the contest thats required to be submitted is as follows:

POST PURCHASE AND CHALLENGE ENTRY SUBMISSIONS:

Complete entry video interview. Entrants will receive a link via text message within 7 days of the contest start date to easily submit requested media through our site.

Entry Check-in Submissions

Upload 4 photos as your before transformation images. The pictures need to be a clear representation of where your body is at now. They should show your upper body, from the knees up. It is very important that for your front, side, and back poses your arms are down at your sides and the photos are taken in a well lit area. Do not crop out your face.

Photo 2: Side of body – 90 degrees to the camera with your arms at your side.
Photo 3: Alternate side of body – 90 degrees to the camera with your arms at your side.
Photo 4: Back – Facing away from the camera, with your arms at your side.
Video interview & initial images must be submitted before day 1 of the contest.

Weekly Check-in Submissions

Week 1: Submit progress checkin video. Entrants will receive a link via text message to easily submit requested media through our site.
Week 2: Submit progress checkin video. Entrants will receive a link via text message to easily submit requested media through our site.
Week 3: Submit progress checkin video. Entrants will receive a link via text message to easily submit requested media through our site.

The Exit Submission:

Complete exit video interview. Entrants will receive a link via text message at the end of the 30-day challenge to easily submit requested media through our site.

JUDGING COMMITTEE AND CRITERIA

Judging Committee: Winners, as determined by members of the SculptNation contest Trainers and Community Engagement staff.
Judging Criteria: Winners will be selected by best visual transformation, the applicant's participation during the contest and contestant meeting media submission requirements.
Notifying winners: All contestants and selected winners will be notified of placement within 7 days of the contest end.
Prize Delivery: Winners are required to submit to SculptNation a completed w9 tax form, release form and a PayPal email in order to receive payment and/or prizes. The failure to respond timely with w9 form, release forms and paypal email may result in forfeiture of participation in the Contest.

Entries will be considered ineligible if, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, they do not follow the directions described in these Official Rules, or if they contain language or images that are in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or otherwise contrary to any law or appear contrary to the spirit of the Contest.
